Job OverviewAt New Beginnings Behavioral Health, LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy programs and behavior management techniques to individuals with developmental delays.

Responsibilities• Implement ABA therapy programs and behavior management techniques as prescribed in the individual's treatment and behavior plan in the home or community setting
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of basic ABA principles and apply them effectively in your work
• Collect and record data for each learner as directed and communicate notable findings to the individual's behavior analyst
• Collaborate with a variety of staff members, including other RBTs, clinical supervisors, and executive directors
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with individuals and caregivers
• Ability to work in an active environment that may require periodic lifting of 20 pounds

Requirements• Must be 18 years of age
• Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or national equivalent
• Complete 40 hours of training
• Complete a background check
• Have passed the RBT Competency Assessment
• Have passed the RBT within 1 year of hire date
• Or hold a certification as a Board-Certified Autism Technician (B-CAT)
• Or hold a BA
• Strong passion and desire to work with individuals with developmental delays
