Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Professional to join our team as the "Scout." The Scout will play a key role in spreading the word about our brand and helping to build our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and engage existing clients
  • Build relationships with business owners and pet-related venues to gain support for Camp Bow Wow
  • Represent Camp Bow Wow at events and develop leads at various venues, including dog parks, vets, and dog-friendly businesses
  • Perform competitive analysis and research marketing programs for an existing client base
  • Manage social media accounts to drive brand awareness and increase sales
  • Educate staff on marketing initiatives and goals
  • Host events in and out of Camp to engage current customers and meet new clients
Requirements:
  • A people person, comfortable in a sales environment
  • Ability to create promotions that attract customers, from grassroots techniques to marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including face-to-face and social media
  • Organized and able to follow-up on tasks
  • Self-directed in creating and executing marketing strategies
