Bodywork Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bodywork Therapist to join our team at Arch Amenities Group. As a Bodywork Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage and body treatments to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the highest level of service quality by maintaining the standards set by Arch Amenities Group.
• Perform massage and body services that meet the established guidelines and fulfill guest expectations.
• Assess contraindications of guests and provide alternative treatments when necessary.
• Meet the needs of guests throughout the service and provide a personalized experience.
• Understand and use universal precautions when providing services.
• Clean and disinfect all equipment on a daily basis.
• Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and recommend products for home use.
• Suggest beneficial treatments to guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Begin and end all treatments on time and work assigned schedules.
• Ensure work areas are clean and set according to procedures.
• Inform management of product needs and create client cards and treatment notes.
• Attend scheduled meetings and professional trainings.
• Report incidents or accidents to management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid state license in massage therapy or other credentials required by the state.
• Customer service experience, preferably in a spa.
• Ability to build rapport with guests and explain various treatments/services.
• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
• Efficient, well-organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
• Good verbal and written skills.
• Strong team player.

Work Environment:

This position requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment. The employee will be required to operate various tools and equipment, including massage oils and lotions, hot stones, and disinfectants. Work conditions include exposure to odors, fumes, and vibrations.
