Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Patient Care Specialist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our mission to improve the health and well-being of our communities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families, promoting a culture of compassion and empathy within our organization.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in patient care, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care possible.

Requirements

  • Washington State Medical License in good standing.
  • Board Certification/Eligibility in a relevant medical specialty.
  • DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority as required by law.

Compensation

$120.14 - $168.44 /hour
