Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team at AdvisaCare Healthcare Solutions, Inc. As a BCaBA, you will play a crucial role in expanding our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program to assist individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurological/behavioral needs.

At AdvisaCare, we strive to provide the highest quality care and support to our clients and their families. We are passionate about delivering individualized, evidence-based interventions that promote positive behavior changes and improve the overall quality of life for individuals with autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other service providers to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to treatment
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to families and caregivers
- Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in ABA
