We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Valuation Analyst at VRC. As a key member, you will contribute to delivering exceptional valuation services to clients worldwide.

About the Role:

This position requires applying fundamental real estate valuation principles to various assignments. You will work closely with experienced professionals to enhance your skills and provide high-quality results to clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior staff in completing valuation tasks and developing expertise
  • Conduct thorough market analyses for real estate assets
  • Develop proficiency in discounted cash flow analysis and other valuation methods
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Economics from a reputable institution
  • Minimum major GPA of 3.0 preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Superb analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Compensation and Benefits:
