Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Global Program Director to lead our Child and Adolescent Mental Health initiative at Stone Alliance Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global mental health programs and experience managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Operational Leadership: Provide leadership across all component programs, ensuring efficient tracking, achievement, and reporting of goals, working closely with the Vice President of Global Programs.
  • Operational Resource and Policy Collaboration: Collaborate with operational departments to ensure resource allocation and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Team Management: Oversee daily operations of the Coordinating Center, encouraging an inclusive culture and ensuring quality assurance and continuous improvement across SNF-GC teams.
  • Project Planning: Oversee program director management and evolution of project timelines, implementation plans, and achievement of goals.
  • Financial Oversight: Lead budget development and forecasting processes for the SNF-GC, considering the terms and conditions of the SNF grant language.
  • Partner Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with global partners to facilitate Center implementation and future growth.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Master's degree in psychology/psychiatry, public health, global health, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 7 years of senior-level operations or project management experience, with at least 4 years' experience in global mental health programs.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in complex projects.
  • Financial and Business Acumen: Experience managing a budget of at least $5 million.
What We Offer

The anticipated salary range for this position is $184,992-$231,240 annually. Factors such as candidate work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, and market considerations affect the salary offered within this range. This salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
