Job Summary:The Behavioral Health Technician will play a vital role in our Detox/Residential Program, working directly with clients and collaborating with the treatment team to provide exceptional care.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality care to clients, respecting their unique recovery journeys.
- Monitor and document client behaviors, ensuring patient safety and adhering to facility and state requirements.
- Conduct rounds, communicate with nursing and medical staff, and provide emotional support to clients.
- Supervise self-administration of medication, conduct urine drug screenings, and safely transport clients.
- Work experience in behavioral/mental health, an Associate's degree, or relevant certification (CRS or related) is preferred.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
- Hard-working, flexible, reliable, and detail-oriented individual with impeccable customer service skills.
