We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Tech II to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Patient Care Tech II, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care services, including bathing, oral hygiene, hair care, and skin care.
- Assist with completion of patient testing and treatment procedures, including changing dressings and performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
- Assist with equipment supply and setup, as well as ambulating patients with assistive devices.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote quality and cost outcomes.
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification
- Nursing - CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) certification
- Completion of a Nursing Assistant Program with placement on the Illinois Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry or verification of an equal or higher educational level in a clinically focused program
