About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Language Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our school staff, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome communication obstacles and achieve their full potential.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique communication needs.
  • Provide expert Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to enhance students' communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
Requirements
  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Communication Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology is required.
  • An active SLP License is essential for this role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this position.
