Boilermaker Foreman

As a Boilermaker Foreman at Brown & Root, you will oversee a crew responsible for assembling, analyzing, and repairing boilers, tanks, and pressure vessels. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights without fear.

• Lead a team of boilermakers in the assembly, inspection, and repair of boilers, tanks, and pressure vessels.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with blueprints, specifications, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with crane operators to lift and position heavy equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boilers and related equipment.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in the field or related area preferred.
• Strong knowledge of shop mathematics and ability to apply it to solve problems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.
