We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hydro Blasting Crew Supervisor to lead our crews in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor crew members, providing guidance, feedback, and training on job procedures and safety protocols.
  • Ensure all equipment is operational and maintained according to industry standards.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of hydro blasting pumps (10K, 20K, 40K) and liquid vacuum/air machine trucks.
  • Prepare and load out hydro blasting and vacuum truck jobs, ensuring all necessary equipment is available for safe and efficient completion.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of the job site and equipment before commencing work.
  • Develop and implement Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and complete all required safety documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with team members and clients.
  • Proven experience in the hydro blasting and vacuuming industry.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a hair follicle drug screen and background check.
