Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Security Operations Supervisor to oversee and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to a designated client.

The Security Operations Supervisor will serve as a key point of contact between clients, Operations Managers, and security personnel. This role involves supervising site staff, providing guidance, recognition, and necessary disciplinary actions within an approved framework.


Compensation: $24.00/hour
Work Schedule: Afternoon and Overnight shifts
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in security or a related discipline.
  • Prior supervisory or management experience is required.
  • Preference for candidates with control room experience.
  • Availability for 24/7 operational oversight, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A valid Driver's License is mandatory.
Essential Skills and Competencies
  • Strong leadership and management abilities to effectively oversee personnel and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and notifications.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to appropriately assess and respond to incidents.
  • Technical proficiency with security monitoring tools and communication systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant security policies and procedures within the industry.
