Rooftop Loader

We are seeking a skilled Rooftop Loader to join our team at Suncoast Roofers Supply - Clearwater. As a Rooftop Loader, you will play a critical role in supporting our Drivers by loading trucks and riding with them to job sites to unload building materials safely and efficiently.

• Load and unload roofing materials onto trucks and job sites, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
• Work closely with Drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
• Develop strong relationships with Roofing Contractors and homeowners to understand their needs and preferences.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge of roofing materials and equipment.
• Contribute to a safe and productive work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.

• 1-2 years of experience in a physically demanding, labor-intensive role.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. repeatedly and on a daily basis.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts and English verbal and written skills for communication with team members.
• Prior roofing industry experience a plus.
• Reliable, safe, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
