Youth Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Worker at Behavioral Framework. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children with autism and their families.

About the Role

This is a home-based position, requiring a candidate who is comfortable working in a family environment and can provide individualized support to children with autism. Your primary responsibility will be to help children develop essential skills, such as toileting, feeding, behavior management, and compliance, in a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Collect and record data on client behavior
• Write progress notes and maintain program books
• Actively participate in treatment and parent training
• Utilize safe and appropriate handling procedures when working with clients
• Provide direct client care following prescribed behavioral protocols

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform physical activities, including standing, sitting, and walking
• Full physical range of motion to provide physical support to clients
• Ability to lift and/or move up to or more than 100lbs

Education Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent

Required License or Certification

• Driver's License
