Key Responsibilities:
  • Heart and Hustle: Work autonomously to manage phone calls, emails, meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions while maintaining a high level of organization and adaptability.
  • Collaborator and Influencer: Utilize exceptional communication skills to provide exceptional counseling to prospective students, championing the University mission and promoting student success and institutional enrollment growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree Required: A degree in a related field is preferred, but we're open to discussing our degree requirement and employee education benefits with the right candidate.
  • Outstanding Time Management Skills: Prioritize competing priorities and demonstrate exceptional time management skills to excel in this role.
  • Clear Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with students, team members, leadership, and partner universities while developing strong listening skills.
  • Self-Motivated to Learn & Implement: Take ownership of your time with students and continuously absorb training and coaching to improve your skills and effectiveness.
  • High Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrate empathy and understanding when working with diverse students and partner relationships.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and experience with CRM tools is a plus.
