Premier Property Management is seeking a skilled Commercial Assistant Property Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and providing exceptional service to our tenants.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement property management strategies and policies to maintain high-quality properties.
  • Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial goals.
  • Oversee maintenance programs, including scheduling and coordinating vendor access.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of previous property management experience.
  • California Real Estate License and ideally RPA or CPM candidate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for bonuses.
