Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech and language services to school-aged children through virtual education.

In this role, you will help diverse students overcome communication challenges and unlock their full potential. You will work closely with educators, parents, and professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver customized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; design and implement personalized education plans (IEPs).
  • Deliver therapy services, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff to effectively address communication needs.
  • Conduct screenings, maintain precise records, and actively participate in team meetings for strategic planning.
  • Advocate for students, provide staff training, and engage in continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Colorado SLP license
  • ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
  • Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
  • Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
