  • Evaluate SharePoint for performance and usage challenges, implementing necessary configurations and adjustments to accommodate significant changes in user demand.
  • Analyze applications utilizing SharePoint for potential impacts due to upgrades, formulate implementation strategies, and execute upgrades with minimal disruption to users.
  • Research, design, and deliver enhancements for corporate applications and collaborative/web services, including the integration of open-source databases, Active Directory/LDAP, auditing, and reporting metrics.
  • Create and maintain configuration documentation, ensuring updates are made in accordance with system modifications.
  • Conduct testing and review of major design and application changes to guarantee they are free of bugs and achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Collect and document client requirements, develop strategic schedules for solutions detailing architecture, CONOPS, and additional specifics based on the complexity of the developed solution.
  • Provide training to application users and, if necessary, implement application management strategies as part of the solution.
Desired Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of ASP.NET, .NET Framework, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services.
  • Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and XML.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Capacity to comprehend the broader context and align daily tasks to support overarching goals.
Role Requirements:
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
  • A bachelor's degree in a technical field along with six (6) years of experience in software development/engineering; alternatively, ten (10) years of experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience specifically with SharePoint.
  • Extensive expertise in C#.
  • Availability to work during core hours of 10 AM to 2 PM, with exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis.
Required Clearance: Candidates must possess a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
