Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at PopStroke. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of culinary services for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare food quickly, safely, and efficiently in accordance with our preparation and execution standards.
  • Follow established portion control procedures to minimize food waste and maximize profitability.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment, countertops, and storage areas, to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
  • Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, rotating ingredients, and notifying the chef or manager of any shortages or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain efficient workflow and communicate effectively to ensure timely preparation and service of meals.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Cook in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment.
