About the Position

The Warehouse Clerk plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. Reporting to senior management, this individual is responsible for overseeing physical inventory, conducting system audits, and utilizing inventory and warehouse management systems to prepare and track materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and/or shipped based on customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions.
  • Verify order materials for shipping and ensure accurate preparation.
  • May assist in loading shipments and maintain shipping and receiving records.
  • Create shipping labels and documentation for outbound products, including international shipments.
  • Perform daily cycle count activities, inventory audits, and prepares inventory reports.
  • Verify clerical inventory records against physical inventory counts.

Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace while adhering to prescribed safety regulations is essential. Ensuring facility readiness for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs also falls under their duties. Effective communication with supervisors is crucial in reporting incidents and completing miscellaneous tasks assigned by them.
