Uptown & Boogie Healthy Project is a non-profit organization dedicated to expanding access to fresh, nutritious food and bicycle education in Harlem and The Bronx, New York City. Our mission is to empower low-income community residents to lead healthier lifestyles through nutrition and fitness. We work closely with local farms to bring fresh, local food to the community and tailor our outreach to address the specific needs of each community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement programs to promote food access and nutrition education
* Collaborate with local farms and community organizations to expand access to fresh food
* Provide leadership and decision-making skills to support the growth and development of the organization
* Build relationships with community stakeholders to promote the organization's mission and goals

**Requirements:**

* Experience in non-profit organizations or community development
* Knowledge of and passion for food access, nutrition, and fitness
* Strong leadership and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Understanding of board governance and financial management
* Experience in fundraising and grant writing
* Knowledge of the Harlem and Bronx communities
