Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our maintenance team as a Housekeeper. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' apartments and common areas.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain resident rooms and common areas, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
  • Ensure the housekeeping cart is clean, stocked, and labeled at all times.
  • Assist with related duties as needed, such as laundry or spill cleanup.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and staff to ensure their needs are met.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
