Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized dish area, including the dish machine and surrounding equipment
  • Ensure the proper use and maintenance of cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive team environment
  • Adhere to company standards for cleanliness and sanitation
Requirements:
  • Must be 16 years of age or older (unless local/state regulations apply)
  • Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
