Primary Care Physician Wanted for Family Medicine Team

Key Responsibilities
As a Family Medicine physician with this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive services. Your duties will include:
• Conducting thorough health assessments for patients of all ages
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
• Prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic tests as needed
• Collaborating with specialists to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you will need:
• A valid New York medical license
• Board certification in Family Medicine (BC)
• DEA registration
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed

• A regular Monday-to-Friday schedule with occasional weekend shifts
• Call coverage on a rotational basis, with breaks in between
