We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing solutions to custom conditions and working closely with our technical support staff to create professional custom engineered details.

Responsibilities
  • Complete calculations and assemble pertinent information into a comprehensive package, including wet stamp
  • Assist Technical Support Engineers in creating custom engineered details
  • Work with engineering staff to provide solutions to custom conditions
  • Provide guidance to technical support staff for seismic engineering
  • Attend job site meetings as needed to resolve/mitigate issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Structural Engineer (preferred)
  • 3+ years progressive experience in large scale commercial projects
  • Stamping experience (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and standards (OSHPD & HCAI)
Preferred Skills
  • ASCE, ACI, NDS, AISC, AISI, IBC, CBC, UFC
  • AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD, RISA, MathCAD, VB
