Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience with Java, JavaScript, or a similar OO language.
  • Experience with J2EE application servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, etc.).
  • Development experience in JavaScript or Java (client/server-side).
  • Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server).
  • Familiarity with dynamic HTML components (AJAX, JavaScript, DOM, CSS, XML, HTML).
  • Understanding of SQL performance, tuning, and Explain Plans for complex queries.
  • Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix/Windows Shell).
  • Ability to write/debug Object-Oriented code (Java preferred).
  • Knowledge of Java JDKs and memory management, including heap dump analysis.
  • Great communication and presentation skills.
  • ServiceNow architecture experience is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and CMDB is a plus.
  • Experience in web application platform performance management is a plus.

Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.

We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
