An Independent Retail Merchandising Specialist collaborates with various clients of Winston to enhance their in-store visibility through strategic visual merchandising initiatives.

The primary emphasis will be on product arrangement, restocking, and maintaining store aesthetics by adhering to visual guidelines. In this role, you will operate autonomously or as part of a collaborative team, as needed. This position is project-oriented, and hours may vary based on geographic location and market demands.

Compensation:
$16-18/hour (Compensation is influenced by several factors including, but not limited to, the specific role, location, qualifications, and experience)

Experience Requirements:

  • Skilled in executing visual merchandising plans and planograms
  • Comfortable using technology, including smartphones, applications, and online platforms
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods
