Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Tech to join our team at Maui Brewing. This role involves working as part of a team to complete daily tasks within our warehouse department, supporting the Warehouse Lead and Senior Warehouse Techs in achieving shipping schedules and receiving inventory from the packaging department.

• Forklift Operation: 30% - Pulling orders and staging container loads
• Receiving Incoming Shipments: 10% - Receiving and processing incoming shipments
• Loading Outgoing Containers: 20% - Loading containers for outgoing shipments
• Processing Paperwork: 10% - Processing paperwork in computer-based programs
• Receiving Product: 20% - Receiving product from the packaging team
• Inventory Counting: 10% - Participating in end-of-month inventory counts

Requirements:

• Ability to work and communicate well with all staff
• Maintain a professional attitude at work and while representing Maui Brewing outside of the brewery
• Ability to maintain neat and accurate records
• Adherence to Maui Brewing safety guidelines and ability to recognize and report potential issues
• Report ready to work on time and ready to work
• Forklift experience preferred
• Local Hawai'i residents preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 55 lbs. from the ground to shoulder high
• Lift 110 lbs. from the ground to waist high and move 165 lbs. along the floor
• Climb stairs, ramps, and ladders
• Work in small and confined spaces
• Work on feet for several hours, including the entire shift if necessary
• Work in a loud environment with basic safety accommodations

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, disability insurance, and a company matching 401k Plan after 6 months of employment.
