Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our Orthopedic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing physical therapy services to promote optimal musculoskeletal function and mobility.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify treatment needs and goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address musculoskeletal conditions and promote optimal function
- Provide physical therapy services, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and outcomes
- Supervise and delegate tasks to physical therapy assistants as needed
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Experience working in an ambulatory setting or equivalent preferred
