Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Wastewater Engineer with 5 or more years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will work on a diverse range of projects, including municipal wastewater treatment facilities and private development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Analysis: Design and analyze wastewater treatment systems for municipal and private projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies and prepare engineering reports to identify optimal solutions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, clients, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success.
- Technical Guidance: Develop and review technical specifications, plans, and drawings, and provide technical guidance to contractors.
- Construction Oversight: Oversee construction activities and perform system evaluations to recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in wastewater engineering.
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin or ability to obtain within one year.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to wastewater management.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in relevant design software and engineering tools.
