Crotched Mountain School & Village, a program of Seven Hills New Hampshire, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team of professionals dedicated to enhancing the lives of our students.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in assessing and treating school-aged children with developmental or acquired disorders.

Our team is committed to providing wraparound care, collaborating with families, and training staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to students.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
  • Train and coach staff, ensuring effective implementation of treatment plans.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and design staff training programs.
  • Maintain confidential records and complete necessary reports.
  • Follow ASHA's Code of Ethics and stay up-to-date with training and certifications.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Professional licensure in speech-language pathology (CCC-SLP preferred).
  • Experience with AAC systems and therapeutic services in natural environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of human development and communication disorders.
  • Team player with a knack for creative problem-solving.
