Job Title: Server Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Server Trainer to join our team at Jabil. As a Server Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training programs in various manufacturing or engineering processes.

Job Summary:

The Server Trainer will work closely with our team to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct established training programs in various manufacturing or engineering processes
  • Monitor training effectiveness via established evaluation techniques
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience Training in a Manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge and experience with Linux is required
  • Experience building and fixing computers
Requirements:
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Proficiency in operating a personal computer with a Windows-based operating system and related software
  • Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages
