Occupational Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Pawling, NY.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans for residents based on medical diagnosis
  • Implement treatment plans to improve residents' functional independence
  • Assess and document progress of residents in detailed re-certifications, progress reports, and daily notes
  • Maintain resident confidentiality and document care services
  • Supervise occupational therapy assistants and participate in care plan meetings
  • Plan, develop, and organize OT-related reports and data tracking
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
  • Current New York State OT License
  • Experience preferred
