Job Description:
At HexaQuEST Health, Inc., we are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing rehabilitation therapy services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and be able to work with patients to help them achieve their goals.

Position Urgency:
This is a normal urgency position, requiring a regular schedule and commitment to our patients.

Shifts:
The selected candidate will be required to work 8D shifts, which may include evenings and weekends.

State License Details:
A valid and active state license is required for this position. The candidate must be able to provide proof of licensure upon hire.

Minimum Years of Experience:
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 1 year of experience in rehabilitation therapy.

Minimum Guaranteed Hours:
The selected candidate will be guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Specialty Type:
This is a rehabilitation therapy position, focusing on helping patients regain their independence and functionality.

Sub Specialty:
The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients who require occupational therapy, specifically in the area of rehabilitation therapy.

Bilingual:
This position does not require bilingual skills.

EMR Used:
We do not use electronic medical records (EMRs) for this position.

Holiday Coverage Required:
Holiday coverage is not required for this position.
