Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Cheese Team Member to join our team at Wegmans Food Markets. As a Cheese Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our unique cheeses and offerings, and ensuring the freshest and best variety of cheeses are on display and available throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and personalized service to customers, answering questions and making recommendations on cheese pairings and selections.
  • Take orders, package product, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on new and featured cheese products, and consistently grow product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Unload daily deliveries and stock cases, displays, and backroom coolers with new and existing products and inventory.
