About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Limerick, Pennsylvania. As a Senior Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, including mobility assessments and strength evaluations
  • Implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance interventions to improve clients' functional abilities
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care techniques and strategies for independent living
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, interventions, and progress through electronic medical records
Requirements
  • A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license is required
  • Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and manage time effectively
