Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Highland Rehabilitation & Nursing Center.

  • Job Summary: Provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, and daily living activities.
  • Offer support with feeding, serving water and nourishment, and collecting specimens.
  • Participate in bowel and bladder rehabilitation programs and assist with skin care, hair care, and oral hygiene.
  • Monitor residents' physical condition, attitude, and reactions, reporting changes to the Charge Nurse.
  • Follow safety, security, and fire procedures, and maintain confidentiality of organizational and resident information.
Requirements:
  • Must possess New York State Certification as a Nurse's Aide.
  • High School Graduates OR Equivalent.
