Salon Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Director to join our team at iTAN Sun Spay Spa in Downtown San Diego. As a Salon Director, you will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new customers, and retaining current customers by building an A-Team and implementing each system and methodology in order to ensure a consistently powerful customer experience.

• Provide direction and guidance to team members
• Understand the strengths and weaknesses of team members
• Organize tasks and set goals
• Uphold the vision of the group
• Solve problems and resolve conflicts
