Job Summary

The LPN will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service, working collaboratively with our team, and upholding our core values of We Care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Supervise and mentor Resident Assistants, ensuring they deliver superior care and demonstrate our We Care values.
  • Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Health & Wellness Director to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Document all care and interactions in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in personal and/or long-term care, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge and competency in medication administration and familiarity with personal care regulations and procedures.
  • Strong organizational, computer, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse in Maryland.
