Job Title: Route Service Delivery Driver

BlueTriton Brands is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Route Service Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers, while ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide premium customer service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Manage account information, including cash and receipts, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Upsell additional products and services to existing customers, achieving monthly customer acquisition goals.
  • Work safely, adhering to all safety policies and procedures, including the prohibited use of electronic devices while driving.
Requirements:
  • Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement.
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather.
  • Ability to effectively interact with customers in a variety of settings.
  • Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 45 lbs.
  • Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle on average 40-55 times per day.
  • Ability to work an average 45-hour week or more, including variable start/end times.
