About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Present safety training and orientations to new hires and transfer personnel.
  • Conduct accident investigations and document findings.
  • Complete daily safety documentation and maintain site safety records.
  • Ensure employee compliance with CAL OSHA Standards and provide guidance on health and safety topics.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of safety-related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Public Health, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • OSHA 30 certification within the past 3 years.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic, teamwork capabilities, and ability to interact with different stakeholders.
  • Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT).
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
