We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team in Waunakee, Wisconsin.

Job Summary

The Early Childhood Education Specialist will be responsible for implementing KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child. This includes creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can play and learn, partnering with parents to provide the best care and education for their children, and supporting the center's success by achieving goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.

Qualifications

To be successful as an Early Childhood Education Specialist at KinderCare, you will need:

  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
