Job Summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our team in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. As a Pipefitter, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling steel parts, operating hand saws and torches, and performing MIG welding and tack welding tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and assemble steel parts according to blueprints and specifications
  • Operate hand saws and torches to cut and shape steel
  • Perform MIG welding and tack welding tasks to assemble steel parts
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and safety protocols
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in pipefitting and fabrication
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications
  • Strong understanding of MIG welding and tack welding techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
