About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Clint Newell Auto Group. As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Meet with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert-level product knowledge to assist them in finding the best solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services offered by our dealership, and be able to provide detailed information to customers.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, and participate in marketing initiatives to promote our products and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the automotive industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
