Respiratory Therapist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at St. Luke's Health System. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory care to patients in various settings, including the NICU and high-risk delivery units.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in their condition.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
- Current licensure to practice respiratory therapy in the state of practice.
- 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy, preferably in a NICU or high-risk delivery setting.
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
