**Job Overview**

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join a school district in New Jersey. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans.

**Salary and Benefits**

We offer a competitive weekly salary of $_____, along with guaranteed work hours and payment for both direct and indirect services rendered. Additionally, we provide liability insurance coverage, health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits for full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week, as well as stipends available under certain circumstances.

**Job Description**

The ideal candidate will have a valid New Jersey state SLP License, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong organizational and time management skills. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders, developing individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments, providing speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings, collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students, maintaining accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions, and attending meetings to provide reports on student progress.
