Job OverviewEcoBright Solutions, a prominent property maintenance company based in Philadelphia, is seeking a well-rounded and highly motivated tradesperson to join their team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the construction field and be proficient in performing major and minor interior and exterior repairs.

Estimated Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities:

This role requires a skilled tradesperson who can efficiently complete punch list/turnover work for condo and apartment buildings. Responsibilities include painting, drywall installation, carpentry, tile repairs, installing doors, plumbing repairs, light electrical work, and handyman-related tasks.



Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for this position.
  • The ideal candidate must own tools necessary to complete tasks.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills is essential, as well as the ability to work independently without supervision.
