About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Systems Engineer to join our team at Scientific Research Corporation. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for analyzing existing systems, defining system requirements, and developing new system specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Analysis and Design: Analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement and develop new system requirements.
  • System Specifications: Determine system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.
  • System Integration: Coordinate the design of subsystems and integrate total system components.
  • Program Support: Identify, analyze, and resolve program support deficiencies.
  • Presentation and Communication: Assist in delivering presentations to management and/or the customer.
  • Research and Development: Research, design, develop, test, or supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial industrial, military, or scientific use.
  • System Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot existing systems and identify system shortfalls.
  • System Innovation: Research, identify, and recommend new innovative systems and technology as well as improvements for existing system functionality.
  • System Documentation: Develop new system documentation to support system transition.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline.
  • Clearance: Secret Clearance (Must be eligible for Top Secret clearance).
  • Skills: Familiarity with Research and Development (R&D) Pipelines, System Requirements, and Key Performance Points Analysis.
