About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Med/Surg Float Pool Registered Nurse to join our team at Grandview Medical Center. As a Med/Surg Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in multiple areas of the hospital, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment.


Responsibilities
  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Administer medications and perform various patient tests as needed.
  • Teach patients and families about self-care skills and promote independence.
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs.

Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing and active, unrestricted RN license.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of nursing.

Education and Certifications
  • Associates or better in Nursing.
  • C-AHA PALS, C-AHA BLS Basic Cardiac, C-AHA ACLS, and L-AL-RN License.
